Our Mezzo fireplace was installed by the dealer our builder used and we were never happy with the flame. You could barely see it. We had the service tech from Lakeside come out. He found the glass media had been improperly placed over the burners as well as the logs being incorrectly placed. We are now very happy with our fireplace and the flame.

Did a lot of shopping around for a fireplace for our living room. Being the main room of the house it had to be right. Linda was a big help in the showroom and they have a lot of working fireplaces to look at. Whether Linda was available or any of their other installers, they were all knowledgeable and helpful. We went back and forth trying to decide where to buy from and which one. So many choices, all good. We finally decided on one and the install date was set. They showed up, were careful about the snow and dirt coming into our home and put down mats. Larry was the best. What a craftsman and attention to detail. He treats your home as if it was his own. Very good job. Will come back. Would submit a picture but the mason is still applying the stone. If I can come back and modify it I will. Thank you to everyone once again at Lakeside Fireplace. Lakeside Fireplace did great work on every part of our project. The sales people were knowledgeable. The installers planned everything out well and went the extra mile to complete a challenging job. The stone work by the masons looks like a piece of art. The woodwork on the mantel is beautiful. Well worth the price we paid and we couldn't be happier with the end result.
