Excellent! These guys are top notch and will help you from the moment you walk into the beautiful showroom. They get to know you and your needs, then suggest what would best suite those needs. I was shown many beautiful fireplaces with different price options to stay within my budget. Never pushy; always were more interested in what I wanted and to find something for me that would be everything I needed at the best price for my budget. Great customer service! Don't hesitate for a moment to do business with them. You'll be glad you did!

Frank and Frankie. Thanks very much for all your help , professionalism, and knowledge. Great customer service and the Pot Belly stove is beautiful warm and appreciate all you have done for us Thanks again Dave

Service was awesome. Best grill I have ever owned. Sales guy knew his stuff and a great price. How retail should be done.

Our Mezzo fireplace was installed by the dealer our builder used and we were never happy with the flame. You could barely see it. We had the service tech from Lakeside come out. He found the glass media had been improperly placed over the burners as well as the logs being incorrectly placed. We are now very happy with our fireplace and the flame.
