Our Mezzo fireplace was installed by the dealer our builder used and we were never happy with the flame. You could barely see it. We had the service tech from Lakeside come out. He found the glass media had been improperly placed over the burners as well as the logs being incorrectly placed. We are now very happy with our fireplace and the flame.

I recently had Lakes Area Fireplace out for a service call... While there was a misunderstanding regarding the authorized service status of my gas stove insert, when contacted, the manager quickly and without hesitation took responsibility and went above and beyond to remedy my concerns... This is clearly a company that stands by their word... Thank you!

Mike came to my condo today to see why my fireplace wouldn’t stay lit. He worked hard and tried many different things to get to the root of the problem. I have a lot of arthritis and use it on wet days in the summer too. Thanks Mike for your help.
