It was such a pleasure. They really care about their customers - even well after they made the purchase. We bought an outstanding fireplace from them and couldn't be happier. We were very, very impressed with the overall experience, from first inquiry call, to their first visit, quote, up to today when our new gas insert was installed. I know that we do not have an easy set up here, but the installation crew did an outstanding job of tackling the situation, and they still finished it all on time. Everyone at the company went out of their way to make sure that we enjoy all aspects of this purchase experience.
