Last year, when our fireplace “died”, we called out a different company who was very quick to tell us the part we needed (pilot assembly) was no longer available and we’d have to replace the ENTIRE unit (to the tune of about $5,000!). We decided to instead just have a non-functional fireplace! Now we are selling our condo and as part of the sale, we had to get the fireplace fixed. THANK GOODNESS for Lakeside Fireplace!! We called them on a Friday morning, they came out that same day to make the assessment and gather the info (they did agree it was the pilot assembly that needed replacing). A couple hours later we received a call that the part was IN STOCK and we set up the repair for the following Friday. The tech was friendly enough, but we just stayed out of his way and let him work. 1.5 hours later, we – well, the new owner-to-be – has a functioning fireplace… at a MUCH easier to swallow price of only $300! Also, as a part of the sale, we needed an additional piece of paperwork. I gave their office a heads up that we would need it, and was told upon completion of the job, it wouldn’t be a problem. Once the job was job, I emailed them again to let them know, and within minutes I had the document we needed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience – with the techs and the office! I’m leaving the contact information for the owner-to-be of our unit as well, in the event she ever needs anything in the future.

Frank found us the perfect gas fireplace for the space we wish to heat. He had a unit just like it on display in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable about the features of our unit as well as the installation work necessary to complet the job. He scheduled the installation upon receiving 50% down payment. He said it will only take 1 day.

Did a lot of shopping around for a fireplace for our living room. Being the main room of the house it had to be right. Linda was a big help in the showroom and they have a lot of working fireplaces to look at. Whether Linda was available or any of their other installers, they were all knowledgeable and helpful. We went back and forth trying to decide where to buy from and which one. So many choices, all good. We finally decided on one and the install date was set. They showed up, were careful about the snow and dirt coming into our home and put down mats. Larry was the best. What a craftsman and attention to detail. He treats your home as if it was his own. Very good job. Will come back. Would submit a picture but the mason is still applying the stone. If I can come back and modify it I will. Thank you to everyone once again at Lakeside Fireplace. I see why you have such great reviews.

My friend bought this Blaze fire pit from Lakeside Fireplace. This is the coolest thing I have ever seen!! We will be outside in December. It produces so much heat!! Everyone watching the game outside is buying one. It’s on wheels so you can move it around. LOVE IT MORE THAN MY WIFE!!!!

This company is amazing! Not only is their showroom so gorgeous that you won't want to leave, but the customer service is phenomenal! Frank, in particular, is exceptionally great to work with. It was such a pleasure. They really care about their customers - even well after they made the purchase. We bought an outstanding fireplace from them and couldn't be happier. I feel so good knowing that it came from this top-notch company. Way to go, Lakeside Fireplace!!!
