This company is amazing! Not only is their showroom so gorgeous that you won't want to leave, but the customer service is phenomenal! Frank, in particular, is exceptionally great to work with. It was such a pleasure. They really care about their customers - even well after they made the purchase. We bought an outstanding fireplace from them and couldn't be happier. I feel so good knowing that it came from this top-notch company. Way to go, Lakeside Fireplace!!!

We were very, very impressed with the overall experience, from first inquiry call, to their first visit, quote, up to today when our new gas insert was installed. I know that we do not have an easy set up here, but the installation crew did an outstanding job of tackling the situation, and they still finished it all on time. Everyone at the company went out of their way to make sure that we enjoy all aspects of this purchase experience. I had 5 companies in here for quotes, and none came close to Lakeside's overall proposal. I have already recommended Lakeside to friends, and I will continue to do so.

Frank found us the perfect gas fireplace for the space we wish to heat. He had a unit just like it on display in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable about the features of our unit as well as the installation work necessary to complet the job. He scheduled the installation upon receiving 50% down payment. He said it will only take 1 day.
